We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Wacoal purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns on unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items must be in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
